Managerd Overview
Managerd is the management service for VNetArmor. It connects to Core, exposes administrative APIs, and supports tools such as WebGUI, desktop GUI, grpcurl, and vnetarmorctl.
Responsibilities
- Connect to Core over local IPC.
- Provide remote gRPC management endpoint.
- Enforce mTLS for administrative access where configured.
- Return runtime status and counters.
- Trigger reload and operational actions.
- Stream events to clients.
